KNIT ALONG - Simple Sleeping Bag For A Newborn Baby

My friend is expecting a baby and at the last minute I decided to knit her a simple sleeping bag from wool. I used roving yarn, bulky #5 - 4 skeins of cream color, and a small amount of gray color too.

Materials:
Patons Classic Wool, Rowing; bulky #5, 120 yds (109 m)
4 balls of cream color
several yards of gray color - for edging and a tassel
Needles - size US #15 (10 mm)
Hook - size I/9 (5.50 mm)
Scissors, needle

Gauge:
4" x 4" = 8 sts x 12 rows
